The Department of
Industrial and Systems Engineering at Auburn University, located in Auburn,
Alabama, invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Associate/Full
Professor level with background and experience in advanced manufacturing to
begin fall semester 2013 or alternatively spring semester 2014. Individuals
with specific interest and experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing are
encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include teaching, service, and conducting
research within the ISE department. An earned doctoral degree in industrial
engineering or a related field from an accredited university and a successful
academic record including funded research, teaching, and scholarly publications
are required. Review of applications will begin April 15, 2013 and continue
until a candidate is selected and recommended for appointment. Women and
