The Department of Mechanical & Biomedical Engineering at Boise State
University is accepting applications for a temporary Lecturer position to teach
senior capstone design for 2014 spring and fall semesters. Senior projects
focus on the synthesis and application of the basic science, mathematics,
engineering and design skills taught in earlier courses. These culminating
design classes’ help students prepare for the workplace and will guide them
through the various stages of a professional engineering design project,
including the design, fabrication and experimental testing of a complex
component or system.
At a minimum you should have:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Five years or more of applicable industry experience directly pertaining to
design, fabrication, and testing
