Applications are invited for one tenure-track faculty position beginning August 16, 2011. Preference will be given to candidates at the Assistant Professor level who can teach graduate level probability and statistics and related courses, but exceptional candidates at all levels and specialties will be considered. An earned doctoral degree in industrial engineering or a closely aligned field is required. Desired qualifications include experience and interest in working with automotive and other related manufacturing industries. The successful applicant will teach courses and pursue/conduct sponsored research within the INSY department. Review of applications will begin November 1, 2010 and continue until a candidate is selected and recommended for appointment.
