The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Louisville invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the area of Geotechnical Engineering.
The position is expected to be filled at the Assistant Professor level, and candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching excellence at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate is also expected to develop and sustain an externally funded research program and to publish in leading scholarly journals. A Doctorate in civil engineering is required. Candidates with strong backgrounds in geotechnical infrastructure engineering and laboratory testing are particularly encouraged to apply.
