The Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) at Iowa State University invites nominations and applications
for a faculty position in the area of Systems Engineering and/or Engineering Management.
The IMSE department at ISU offers B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees
and has teaching and research strengths in systems engineering,
engineering management, advanced manufacturing, human
factors/ergonomics, operations research, and information engineering
with over 27,000 square feet of centrally located space. Additional

Iowa State University of Science and Technology is a comprehensive, land grant, Carnegie Doctoral/Research Extensive University with an enrollment of over 31,000 students. The College of Engineering includes eight departments, with over 220 tenure-stream faculty members, and annual research expenditures exceeding $70 million. U.S. News and World Report ranks the College in the top 40 in the nation and top 25 among public universities. Iowa State's nearly 2000-acre park-like campus is located in Ames, Iowa, which was ranked in 2010 by Money Magazine as a top ten most livable small city in the US.
