The Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Department at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville invites applications for a tenure-track environmental engineering position at the Assistant Professor rank.  Applicants must have a strong commitment to undergraduate education.  

We are interested in hiring outstanding teachers who will be an asset to the department, the university, and the community.  The primary responsibility will be to deliver undergraduate environmental engineering, water resources, and civil engineering courses and associated labs in a student-centered learning environment.  Applicants will also be expected to participate in scholarly and professional development activities that will enhance his or her teaching effectiveness.  The CEE Department has 12 full-time tenure/tenure-track positions and graduates approximately 100 students each year. The department offers ABET accredited undergraduate degrees in both Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering!

 ng.  As a result of a curriculum reform effort, the department is embarking on a plan to infuse infrastructure design, management, and maintenance as themes throughout both programs.
