Faculty Positions

The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of Rutgers University
invites applications and nominations for faculty positions beginning
September 2015.  We seek outstanding candidates for the faculty positions
at all levels and in all areas of Industrial and Systems Engineering and
Operations Research, methodologies and applications.  Candidates must have
Ph.D. and must demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality research in
terms of scholarly work and external funding and teaching.  Experience
related to energy systems, healthcare, advanced manufacturing or service
operations is desirable.  Candidates for the senior positions should have
a commensurate record of research publications and leadership.

The ISE Department offers degrees in B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D.  The School of
Engineering is experiencing significant growth in strategically important
areas including advanced manufacturing systems, energy systems, computing,
transportation and biomedical and health sciences.  An exciting recent
development at Rutgers is the merger of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical
School, which provides significant opportunities for collaboration in
health sciences.

statement of candidate's vision for the future of the department, a
statement of education, research, diversity, and leadership philosophy and
