The Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences in the College of Engineering of the University of Michigan invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position.  Applicants should be able to contribute to our existing teaching and research programs in nuclear engineering, and to develop new research and teaching programs in an area related to (1) radiation transport and fission systems, (2) nuclear materials, or (3) nuclear measurements.  Applicants pursuing experimental or analytical/computational work are encouraged to apply.  Candidates will be considered for an assistant professor position, although exceptionally well-qualified candidates will be considered at the level of associate professor.
