Teaching-Track Professor Positions in Mechanical Engineering
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology has openings for multiple teaching-track professor positions in all areas of mechanical engineering. Special preference will be given to candidates in robotics & controls, solid mechanics, thermal/energy systems, product design and advanced manufacturing. Applicants are expected to have earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, possess a passion for and be committed to excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring, and aspire to actively participate in creating and nurturing a highly collaborative, creative, innovative and entrepreneurial culture at Stevens. Of particular interest are candidates who can contribute, through their teaching and service, to the diversity and excellence of Stevens' academic community.
