The School of Engineering Education at
Purdue University invites applications for tenure track positions at the
Assistant or Associate Professor levels. We seek to attract exceptional

through college and into engineering practice. We have a new state-of-the-art
research facility that includes the Institute for P-12 Engineering Research and
Learning (INSPIRE), research programs focused on college-level engineering
students and the professional development of faculty and engagement and
research with industry on learning and innovation.
The School is a vibrant, young and
growing community of scholars who are envisaging ways of transforming
engineering education based on scholarship and research. The programs we
administer include the first-year engineering program at Purdue (some 2500

interdisciplinary engineering studies, and a PhD program in engineering
education. The scholarly activities of our current faculty can be found here: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ENE/Research/ResearchReport
Successful

develop a nationally recognized, externally funded research program in
engineering education, advise graduate students, teach undergraduate and
graduate level courses, including in the first-year engineering program, and
will perform service both at the School and University levels. Successful
candidates will also have a demonstrated commitment to collegiality and interdisciplinarity.
