The School of Industrial Engineering and Management seeks talented and motivated candidates for TWO tenure-track positions. The candidate is expected to complement and enhance the School's current research and education thrusts (see iem.okstate.edu). Candidates must have a Ph.D. in industrial engineering or a related discipline. Performance expectations include leadership and creativity in undergraduate and graduate
education, funded research, scholarship, and professional service. Appointment level and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and accomplishments.
The School has an ambitious plan for growth, recognition and visibility in the Industrial engineering field. Candidates with a strong methodological background and research/curricular interests and experience in one or more of the following areas will be given preference - quality management/engineering, manufacturing processes and systems, logistics and supply chain management, energy and engineering management, service
systems, healthcare systems, optimization, stochastic modeling, simulation, ergonomics and human factors.
